Online Kick-start BEGINNER Fitness/Wellness Program (Stage 1)
Do you need help kick-starting a new exercise program? Are you considered a beginner with exercise or have you been out of the physical activity realm for awhile? Then you may benefit from our Stage 1 Beginner Program! Whether you are just deconditioned, out of shape, or recovering from an injury this program can help you ease back into a fitness and exercise regimen.
- This program is designed to last 2 weeks and uses exercise or activity 4 times per week for a total of 8 training sessions.
- This program is designed to be independent of a gym memberhsip and does NOT require access to specialized gym equipment.
- This program is designed to be used even if various medical conditions are present or recovery from injury is occurring. HOWEVER, PLEASE EMAIL US TO DISCUSS YOUR PERSONAL CONDITIONS PRIOR TO DELIVERY OF THIS PROGRAM
- This program is designed to be used in participants from age 5 up.
- AS WITH ANY NEW EXERCISE PROGRAM PLEASE CONSULT YOUR PHYSICIAN OR HAVE A TRADITIONAL PHYSICAL EXAMINATION PRIOR TO EXERCISE SESSIONS.
